Tungsten accelerator is made by forging tungsten parts or sintering tungsten powder. Tungsten accelerator has low oxygen content. Oxygen is considered as an impurity, so its purity is higher than that of ordinary tungsten powder. Tungsten accelerator has the functions of heating, adjusting the pH of the medium, mixing, catalyzing, stable combustion and anti-interference.

When infrared light of a specific wavelength passes through CO2 or SO2 gas, it can produce strong light absorption. Because the detector converts optical signals into electrical signals, when the detector operates in a linear region, a specific wavelength is selected and the length of the analysis cell (absorption cell) is determined, the measured light intensity is converted into the mixed gas. Measure the concentration of gas, this is the basic principle that infrared absorption method can quantitatively measure the concentration of gas.
 
Tungsten accelerator is mainly used for combustibles in infrared carbon and sulfur analyzers. Tungsten flux has the characteristics of high density, can be oxidized and generate heat at high temperature, and has the characteristics of high heat and fast response. It helps lower the melting point of combustibles and promotes the release of carbon and sulfur. Choosing the right accelerator and adding the right amount can accelerate the oxidation of the moving sample and increase the release rate of carbon and sulfur. At the same time, tungsten accelerator reduces the boiling point of combustion, effectively accelerates the emission of carbon and sulfur, and plays a unique and important role.
